Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to all software applications ("Apps") published by Cardinate Consulting LLC: Cardinate Fitness, Cardinate Remote Watch, Saturn PhotoGraph, GPX PhotoGraph, PhotoGraph Watch Tracker, Exif PhotoGraph, Analog PhotoGraph, Crop PhotoGraph, PhotoGraph Shared Album Sync, and MPP Viewer.
This policy does not apply to our websites or other services, which are governed by a separate privacy policy available on our website.
Our Privacy Commitment
All of our apps are designed privacy-first:
- No accounts, logins, or ads
- We do not operate any servers
- All processing happens on your device or your personal iCloud account
- No third-party data sharing except Apple, under Apple's privacy policy
Data We Do Not Collect
None of our apps collect, transmit, share, or store your personal information on our servers. We do not have servers. We do not have access to your files, photos, location data, or any other personal information such as your name, email address, or device identifiers.
Data Processed On-Device Only
Depending on the app and its features, the following data may be processed locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account:

All data is processed in real-time on your device. Nothing is ever sent to our servers, stored by us, or logged.

Apps only request permissions necessary for their core functionality. You can review or revoke any permission at any time in:

Data Sharing
Our apps do not share your data with any third parties. Any sharing you initiate (e.g. AirDrop, export) is handled by the standard iOS/watchOS Share Sheet. We do not see or track where you send your files. As a limited exception, some apps use Apple services (e.g. Maps, iCloud, Weather) to provide features; those services may process limited data under Apple's privacy policy.
User Rights & Data Deletion

How We Safeguard Your Information
Since your data is stored on your device and not our servers, it is protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID/Touch ID) and your iCloud account (Apple ID, two-factor authentication).
Corporate Transaction
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, the transferee will assume the rights and obligations described in this Privacy Policy.
Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be effective immediately upon display of the revised policy. The "Last Modified" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our apps constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
